Order Policy

We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped from our location. All shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a 30% restocking fee are charged for order cancellation.

International Order Policy

Import duties and other charges may vary on international orders. Import duties and various international taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your shipping charges determined by our website. We take every reasonable step to minimize these charges for your convenience, but since many international import policies are out of our control we cannot be held responsible for the charges.

Delivery Time:
We use the following equation to determine delivery time: (Order Processing Time) plus (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed the same business day. In the event of a high volume of orders and your order doesn't ship the same day, it will ship the following day.

Shipping Time:
Packages ship on business days (Monday-Friday, USA CST).

Undeliverable Orders:
Your package may be returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

3. 3. Invalid Address
4. 4. Addressee Not Known
5. 5. Insufficient Address

In the case of a return, the order will be cancelled and subject to a 30% cancellation fee. *Please note that shipping charges and processing fees (discreet packaging, express service, and insurance) are non-refundable.

If the order is received by noon Central Standard Time (CST) it will typically ship same day. Shipping options are below:

• Next Day (RED) One Business Day
• Second Day (BLUE) Two Business Day
• Ground - Three to Five Business Days

Ground shipping typically takes three to five business days. When shipping next day or second day service, you will receive a tracking number with your invoice/receipt.

Return Policy

Physical media orders, such as books and CDs, are final. In the event of receiving damaged or defective products, we will replace the defective product at no additional charge.

Download and Online products are non-refundable once ordered. We are not responsible for personal internet access and individual internet browsers. To ensure that an online course is compatible with your computer and internet connection, first try the sample chapter or course offered on our website.

Class Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you are unable to attend the class of your choice, you have the option to attend another class. The individual is subject to a change fee of $100 if the change is made less than 30 days before the start of the class. However, in the event of a class cancellation before it begins, we will refund you the difference of the course fee minus the value of the study system, a cancellation fee of $200, and the $500 value of an online course (for Premium Course Package only). No refunds will be applied once a course starts. In the event that you have to stop the class because of schedule conflicts or unexpected issues, course enrollment is transferable to another class on our calendar.
