Crosswind CEO and Founder to Speak at PMI New Orleans July 2008 Meeting

CARROLLTON, TEXAS – June 5, 2008 – Crosswind Project Management, Inc.CEO and Founder, Tony Johnson, is set to address the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) New Orleans chapter at their July Monthly meeting.

Mr. Johnson is expected to highlight agile program management strategies and applying them to project management initiatives. In discussing the speaking engagement, Mr. Johnson explained, “this is a great opportunity to work with the people of New Orleans directly, to discuss plans to further design, develop, and build after Hurricane Katrina. I am honored to be speaking to these people who have undergone so much and look forward to addressing topics that will continue to further the reconstruction effort.”

The New Orleans PMI chapter is one two chapters in Louisiana. Both the New Orleans chapter and the Baton Rouge chapter hold monthly meetings in their respective areas. Crosswind Debuts Everest Product Line at PMI North American Congress 2008

CARROLLTON, TEXAS – December 14, 2008 – Crosswind Project Management, Inc.,a company specializing in providing organizations with products to optimize their project management initiatives, debuted their newly updated Program Everest product offering at the North American Project Management Institute (PMI) Congress, held in Denver, Colorado. The company displayed the new product line at the booth they annually occupy at the PMI North American Congress. The PMI Congress is the largest annual project management summit in the world.

The new product offering includes over 24 products with new and updated material. Program Everest includes products for the PMP and CAPM that are updated for the new PMI standards that were released December 31, 2008. Crosswind was the first company in its field to release products compatible with the new PMI standards. Crosswind CEO and Founder, Tony Johnson, remarked “this was a huge thing – our biggest undertaking to date – making up over 70 projects. We have been working on this product line since the release of the third edition PMBOK® guide. Familiarizing ourselves with the new material early on and the relentless hard work from our team at Crosswind has allowed us to be in the position we are right now – being the first to release this new product line. It is truly a great accomplishment.”

However, since PMI had not formally released the newly updated PMBOK® fourth edition, Crosswind will be able to ship Program Everest products on January 2, 2009. Crosswind remains the frontrunner in releasing products compatible with PMI’s most up-to-date material.

The new PgMP® material includes products that are updated for the new PMI material that was released December 31, 2008.
