- We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped from our location. All shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a 30% restocking fee are charged for order cancellation.

In the case of a return, the order will be cancelled and subject to a 30% cancellation fee. *Please note that shipping charges and processing fees (discreet packaging, express service, and insurance) are non-refundable.

Ground shipping typically takes three to five business days. When shipping next day or second day service, you will receive a tracking number with your invoice/receipt.
- Return Policy
- Physical media orders, such as books and CDs, are final. In the event of receiving damaged or defective products, we will replace the defective product at no additional charge.
Download and Online products are non-refundable once ordered. We are not responsible for personal internet access and individual internet browsers. To ensure that an online course is compatible with your computer and internet connection, first try the sample chapter or course offered on our website.
- Class Cancellation Policy
- If for some reason you are unable to attend the class of your choice, you have the option to attend another class. The individual is subject to a change fee of $100 if the change is made less than 30 days before the start of the class. However, in the event of a class cancellation before it begins, we will refund you the difference of the course fee minus the value of the study system, a cancellation fee of $200, and the $500 value of an online course (for Premium Course Package only). See below for refund details.
